Legislate by Feelings, not Facts

I've seen some poor examples of legislation, but this tips the meter from funny to foolish.

The number of errors misrepresented as facts in this press conference is staggering. When you go to the site, it's full of even more. It is a prime example of a group trying to pass a bill through fear tactics.

While the press conference took place close to a year ago now, it is still worth a look.
